  • Tracking & Insurance: A tracking number is provided immediately upon shipment. Your artwork is 100% insured against loss or damage during transit, ensuring absolute peace of mind for your fine art investment.
  • Duties & Taxes: For international buyers (including the United States), customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are handled professionally to ensure a seamless doorstep delivery experience.
14-Day Seamless Returns Policy
We want you to be completely in love with your new artwork. We understand that experiencing a textured painting in your own space, under your unique lighting, is essential. Therefore, we offer a serious, hassle-free, 14-day return window with no questions asked.
If the artwork does not perfectly fit your interior or aesthetic vision, you may return it within 14 days of delivery under the following professional commercial conditions:
  • No Questions Asked: You do not need to provide a complex justification. Your satisfaction is our priority.
  • Original Packaging: To ensure the safety of the piece, the artwork must be returned in its original crate or box.
  • Proper Protection: The buyer is responsible for wrapping and protecting the painting inside the box exactly as it was received, preventing any movement or damage during the return journey.
  • Refund Processing: Once the artwork arrives safely back at our studio in its original condition, a full refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
