Acquiring an original, contemporary mixed-media painting directly from our studio involves an absolute commitment to transparency, legal safety, and client satisfaction. By placing an electronic order on this website, you fully accept the official Terms and Conditions outlined below.

1. Our 14-Day Flawless Satisfaction Guarantee
Collecting original fine art online is a matter of trust. If you are not completely enchanted by the tactile depth, character, and visual presence of your artwork in person, returning or replacing an item is straightforward and stress-free.
You have 14 days from the exact date you received the piece to contact our studio and request a full refund or a product replacement, subject to the following standard trade criteria:
  • The returned artwork must arrive back at our studio in Barcelona, Spain, within 14 days of your official return request.
  • The artwork must be shipped back in its exact original protective packaging and arrive in the identical, flawless condition in which it was delivered to you.
  • The Customer is solely responsible for covering the professional return shipping fees and mandatory full-value transit insurance.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a smooth return, simply follow these two steps:
  1. Write directly to our studio via email at sergioaranda.artist@gmail.com stating your order number and request.
  2. Our studio manager will reply within 24 hours providing you with the exact return address coordinates and clear documentation instructions for international art shipping.
No questions asked. We protect your purchasing journey from start to finish.

3. Transit Damage Protocol ("The Unthinkable Case")
Every masterpiece is heavily crated and protected for transatlantic travel. However, if the unthinkable happens and your artwork arrives damaged due to courier handling, your investment remains 100% protected under our shipping insurance:
  • Please follow the contact process outlined above and notify us immediately at sergioaranda.artist@gmail.com.
  • Providing high-resolution photographs of the exterior damaged packaging, the crate, and the affected areas of the texturized canvas is mandatory to process the insurance claim.
  • You must retain the original packaging and crates until the resolution process is officially finalized.

4. Refunds, Processing Times & Financial Resolutions
Once the return process is verified, here is what happens next:
  • Full Refund: You will be fully refunded the artwork’s commercial value and the initial shipping costs within 24 to 48 hours after the artwork has been successfully collected, inspected, and received by our studio in Barcelona. All refunds are issued directly to your original payment method via Shopify’s secure gateway.
  • Art Replacement: Alternatively, if you have requested a bespoke replacement or commission adaptation, Sergio Aranda will initiate the new creation and ship your new artwork as soon as the original piece is safely received back at our workshop.
