Handcrafted in my studio in Barcelona, Spain, this work represents the peak of mixed-media craftsmanship. The process begins as a meticulous hand-pulled serigraph foundation pressed onto a heavy, premium fine cotton art paper featuring beautiful, natural deckled edges.
This is not a traditional mass-produced print; every single piece is a unique original. Once the screenprinted architectural grid is set, I individually intervene on each surface. By enhancing the layout with hand-painted layers of watercolor, fluid acrylics, and dark ink, I build shifting tonal washes and a distressed, time-worn patina. No two pieces in this series are ever identical.
