Aureum explora el diàleg silenciós entre l’erosió, la llum i la memòria de la matèria.
Construïda mitjançant successives capes de textures, pigments i superfícies desgastades, la composició es mou entre tons minerals clars, negres profunds i càlids matisos terrosos. Subtils rastres d’or emergeixen a través de la superfície, de vegades gairebé desapareixent sota les diferents capes i d’altres captant la llum amb més intensitat.
Una fina línia daurada horitzontal travessa la composició, aportant estructura i equilibri a una superfície orgànica i marcada pel pas del temps. A la part inferior, la matèria adquireix un caràcter cada vegada més tàctil i arqueològic, evocant una acumulació de fragments i empremtes modelats pel temps.
En lloc de representar un paisatge concret, Aureum evoca la sensació d’un mur antic, una superfície arquitectònica erosionada o un territori transformat per anys d’exposició als elements. El contrast entre les textures en brut i la lluminositat de l’or aporta a l’obra força i, alhora, una serena sofisticació.
