Our standard international delivery window is 2 to 9 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your city's destination and local customs processing times.
📦 What are your shipping rates and processing times?
We offer 100% Free Fully Insured Worldwide Shipping on all original texturized paintings. Once an order is placed, your artwork is meticulously prepared and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days to ensure the protective archival varnish layers are perfectly cured before travel.
✈️ Can I track my international shipment?
Yes, absolutely. As soon as your artwork leaves our studio in Barcelona, Spain, we will provide you with a direct priority tracking number (via FedEx or DHL Express). This allows you to monitor your parcel's transatlantic journey in real-time at any hour.
🏛️ Will I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?
  • For United States Buyers: Good news. Under current US Harmonized Tariff Schedules, original hand-painted fine art is generally duty-free upon importation into the USA.
  • For Non-EU Buyers: Local import VAT, customs clearings, or regional fees outside of the European Union are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend checking your local country's specific regulation on international art importation prior to purchase.
🚨 What if my original artwork arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your parcel experiences damage during transit, your investment remains 100% protected:
  1. Refuse the shipment directly with the courier, or request that the delivery company marks the parcel officially as "Received Damaged."
  2. Take immediate photographs of the exterior packaging, the crate, and the affected areas of the texturized canvas.
  3. Contact our studio via email within 24 hours at sergioaranda.artist@gmail.com with the attached pictures. We will immediately provide you with the return address coordinates and initiate a full insurance resolution.

🔄 Do you accept returns on your original paintings?
Yes, we provide a 14-Day Flawless Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely enchanted by the depth, character, and tactile tridimensionality of the artwork in person, you can return it within 14 days of receipt—no questions asked—for a full financial refund.
📦 What are the conditions for an art return?
To qualify for a full refund, the original painting must be shipped back to our studio in Barcelona in its exact original protective packaging. The cost of return shipping, professional art courier handling, and mandatory shipping insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
