An astronaut emerges from a richly textured surface built with layers of paint, relief and oxidation. The lower section incorporates architectural elements inspired by Barcelona's decorative heritage, connecting the city's history with the timeless human desire to explore new frontiers.

The contrast between contemporary street aesthetics and weathered materials reflects one of the central ideas behind my work: I paint the memory of materials. Every layer, texture and distressed surface tells a story shaped by time.
